A little more about Suki...

Please share and help this beautiful girl find the forever home she has been waiting so patiently for.

Suki was rescued four years ago, which means she has spent almost her entire life without a proper home to call her own. We found her while searching for another red-haired dog who had gone missing a few days earlier. Suki was desperately in need of help. She was suffering from Babesia, painfully thin, and covered in ticks and fleas. Despite everything she had endured, she was incredibly gentle and affectionate.

Shortly after bringing her to safety, we discovered that she was pregnant. Tragically, some of her puppies did not survive, but a couple did. Through all of these hardships, Suki has remained the sweetest girl.

She has now waited far too long for a warm bed, a loving family and a place where she truly belongs. She has so much love to give and deserves far more than life in kennels.

Suki is approximately 5 to 6 years old and is a medium-sized dog with a beautiful red coat. She has a calm, friendly nature and gets along well with other dogs. She would love a home with another dog for companionship, but she could also be happy as an only dog provided she has regular opportunities to socialise with doggy friends and enjoy play dates.

She has not been cat tested.

Suki would make a wonderful family dog for children aged 6 and over or a devoted companion for someone looking for a loyal and loving friend.

As with all rescue dogs, she will need patience, understanding and guidance as she learns skills such as lead walking, house training and adjusting to life in a home environment. Most rescue dogs settle quickly when given kindness, consistency and the chance to feel safe.

Suki is currently in the Balkans but is ready to travel to the UK and start the next chapter of her life.
