A little more about Sam...

Please don’t let her become another forgotten black dog in kennels.

Sam is an incredibly friendly, people‑focused, affectionate girl who just wants to be loved. She would make a wonderful family dog and is suitable for homes with children aged 6+.

Found wandering the streets in the Balkans, cold and hungry, Sam was so trusting and gentle that we believe she may once have been a family dog who was sadly discarded. Despite everything she’s been through, her loving nature shines through.

Sam is a young, energetic, bouncy girl, full of life and enthusiasm. She loves her food, making her very trainable with treats and praise. With patience and consistency, she’ll pick up new skills quickly.

She enjoys playtime with other dogs, but she can be quite dominant with females or small male dogs, so a home with a compatible dog or as the only pet would be ideal.

Like all rescue dogs, she will need patience and understanding as she learns lead walking, house training, and settling into home life. Most rescue dogs adapt beautifully with gentle guidance — Sam just needs someone willing to give her that chance.

She is currently in the Balkans but is all ready to pack her bags and hop on the happy bus to the U.K. for her forever home.
