A little more about Dustin...

Dustin is a smart, well-behaved and handsome boy who is far too lovely to be spending his life in kennels. He is an athletic dog who loves to be active and would thrive in a home where he has plenty of exercise, enrichment and space to explore. He would make an ideal companion for an active family or someone who enjoys outdoor pursuits and wants a loyal friend by their side.
Dustin was rescued in the Balkans after being found as a hungry street dog. Given his intelligence, good manners and friendly nature, we suspect he may once have had a home before being abandoned. Whatever his past, he has never lost his faith in people and remains a wonderful dog who deserves the chance to be loved and cherished.
At around five years old, Dustin is a large dog who will need a secure garden where he can safely run around and enjoy himself. He is highly intelligent, quick to learn and enjoys engaging with people. He has a very friendly nature and gets on well with other dogs, making him a delightful companion.
Dustin would be well suited to an active household and has all the qualities of a fantastic family dog. However, due to his size and enthusiasm, he is looking for a home with children aged six and over.
As with all rescue dogs, Dustin will need patience, understanding and guidance as he adapts to life in a home. He may need support with lead walking, house training and learning new routines, but most rescue dogs progress quickly when given consistency, kindness and positive encouragement.
Dustin is currently in the Balkans but is ready to travel to the UK and begin the next chapter of his life with a loving family.
