A little more about Captain...
We saved him from dog catchers who were taking him to a kill shelter, but he is still waiting in kennels for his forever home.
He is a sweet, handsome boy, and we genuinely do not understand why he has not been adopted yet. He deserves a family of his own and someone to finally claim him. He is very affectionate, loves people, and enjoys human companionship. He is currently living with other dogs and gets on well with them, and he is also good with cats.
At approximately three years old, he is a large-sized dog who would thrive in a fairly active home where he can enjoy plenty of exercise and attention.
Before he was rescued, we spent over a year feeding him and trying to care for him while he lived on the streets. When he was taken by the dog catchers, we knew we had to save him. He is a very special boy to us, and we are desperate to see him find the loving home he deserves.
He is currently being cared for in kennels in Serbia. If you have room in your heart and your life for this wonderful dog, we would love to hear from you.
He is neutered and microchipped and will have all necessary vaccinations and health tests, including Brucella testing, completed before travel.
